Rubber ducks

I'm flying over to Singapore tomorrow and I'm bringing a rubber duck with me :)

It's for my niece :) Because parents these days are so oblivious to the awesomeness of rubber ducks.

I never had one.

Madame Bovary

I bought a new book! And I know how much people reinforce to NOT judge a book by the cover.. but I just had to have this.

It's hard cover (I'm a sucker for hard cover books), and there were plenty more varieties but I hear 'Madame Bovary' is a classic.

Ray: I'm worried that you're buying all these books because you like the cover, not because you're actually going to read it!

Threadless!

Threadless had their $5 & $10 T-shirt sale which coincidentally ended.. today.

While I was browsing I came across wall graphics you can get based on a Threadless T-shirt fave! I'd have fun with these if I had...say.. a studio or a child's room.. or something. I wouldn't do it to my own room unless it was subtle enough.

OK STUDY! :)

Exams

It has come to that time of the semester, where you try to cram in 13 weeks worth of studying into the little time that you have left to gain a crash course on your subject.
I have just completed my first exam today on financial management, and trying to force myself to get up and cram in another 13 weeks worth of study on another subject... For someone who doesn't like studying (but then again.. who does?), this is a very difficult task. For many years, when it comes to examination period, I panic and reassure myself that the next time will be different. But it never changes, and I'm sure I'm not the only one stuck in this routine, why do we do this to ourselves? University life has merely become a survival zone rather than well... a place where you can bask yourself in the enjoyment of education, of course.
